COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Computer Conversion HMR90-64TCR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nematron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Polytec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 B--B-Electrinics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nematron such as the ICC7L6HO1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LSV065506 manufactured by Polytec and we are pleased to be able to service most Polytec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IPC5000 by Manufacturer B--B-Electrinics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emerson Brand KJ2003X1BA2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Anderson such as JD222B02C025 equipment made by Anderson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Anderson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Anderson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HMS011NW0210A07NNNN made by Rexroth as well as the popular KSYZ405B2 original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC3600LRLB1 by Fanuc and JD222B02C025 spares by Anderson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KB8M5810030 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yamaha. |
